An agreement has been made including the design and style of your home. And you have a suitable plot of land.

We will provide you within 3 weeks with a full set of AutoCAD Architectural drawings.

This set of drawings -signed by a Licensed Thai Engineer- is required to apply for a Building Permit at the Sub-District Office (Oh Poh Toh).

This is a formality here and usually in a few days that Permit will be issued.

Actually already during step 1 we prepare in Phrae the wood for your new home.

After that we mark the place of the wooden columns on the ground and erect them.

We continue to make the rough structure from the main floor in Phrae.

During our work in Phrae we sent a team to your land to make the foundations for the house.
We dig holes till we have reached solid ground, where we make steel reinforced concrete footings, -columns and -beams.

After that we install a sprinkler-system to be used for spraying from time to time an insect control liquid. Finally the concrete slabs and concrete topping will be made.
The concrete base is finished now.

After unloading the materials and tools at your land the final construction can start.

There will be a ceremony when the first columns will we erected as be believe in Thailand that this will bless the house and the owners will enjoy their stay in the new home wih good health and luck.

Finally we can start the actual construction of your ThaiLanna Home on the now cured foundation. We selected 24 pictures from he building process with each their own story.
Starting with unloading the truck untill the moment our buildingteam is ready to go back home to Phrae.

Now you can enjoy living in your brand new ThaiLanna Home house.
